Other costs such as Transportation Access Fees, Distance Learning Fee, lab fees, owl card fees (flat $10 fee), books, supplies and other materials are not included in this calculation. Distance Learning Fee: Florida Statute 1009.24(17)(b) allows the university to charge a Distance Learning Fee ($30 per credit) for all online courses. Transportation Access Fee is assessed to all students whether online or in person per semester as part of their enrollment fees. This fee is $76.90 for the Fall/Spring semester and $32.04 for Summer.

*This schedule does not include all fees that students may be charged. Each student enrolled in the same undergraduate course more than twice, shall be assessed a Repeat Course Surcharge of $204.65 per credit hour in addition to the fees outlined above for each course. The Transportation Access Fee for Fall/Spring is $76.90 each and Summer is $32.04. College of Medicine students in years 1, 3 & 4 pay $185.84 and medical students in year 2 pay $153.80 for the academic year. Newly admitted graduate students will be assessed a $35.00 non-refundable Graduate Student Orientation Fee the first semester they register. Course sections coded BT, BTL, BM, ET, EM and STR will be assessed an eLearning fee of $30.00 per credit hour. Students enrolled in special programs, such as executive graduate degrees and the College of Medicine may be charged different tuition rates. Please contact the appropriate department for details. MD Degree annual charges may be prorated based on specific time in the program, if enrolled for half of the academic year, half of the annual tuition and fee charges will be assessed.
