He is an area supervisor for the Toronto Blue Jays, a former baseball player for the Detroit Tigers, New York Penn League All-Star, Midwest League Champion, and Florida State League All-Star.

He is an assistant professor at the University of St. Augustine for Health Science in Miami, assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Miami, and also serves as director and academic coordinator of clinical education for the Doctorate in Physical Therapy program at the University of St. Augustine.
