We focus on staff retention, development, and engagement to create an environment where staff is equipped to do their best work to help our students succeed. Residential Education team members gain valuable experience with supervision, operations, student learning, and project management, to help prepare them for their next position at FAU or beyond. Our team members are involved in state, regional, and national professional associations, including leadership roles in SEAHO, NASPA, ACPA, and ACUHO-I. Join us and become an Owl!
